Preparing to Reach Employment Potential

PREP, which stands for Preparing to Reach Employment Potential, is an in-school service that provides free, comprehensive educational and employment preparation services to income-eligible Cape May County high school seniors who face barriers to employment. The service serves students who are basic skills deficient, disabled, or are pregnant or parenting. We provide highly individualized services and support through a collaborative effort with community partners.
