Hospitality Education Leading to Local Opportunities (HELLO)

HELLO, which stands for Hospitality Education Leading to Local Opportunities, is an out-of-school nationally recognized hospitality credential service that offers youth age 16 to 24 the opportunity to explore various industry-related professions and obtain credentials in areas of local demand. Participants will earn the Certified Guest Service Professional credential and can also choose to earn the Certified Front Desk Representative, Certified Restaurant Server, Certified Kitchen Cook, Certified Breakfast Attendant, Certified Guestroom Attendant, or Certified Maintenance Employee credentials.
