Out-of-School Youth Employment Services

Our Out-of-School Youth Employment Services (OSYES) focuses on assisting individuals ages 16-24 who are not in school in planning a career path and developing relevant job skills. We empower youth and young adults with disabilities to achieve their highest employment potential. Services offered includes job exploration counseling, instruction in self-advocacy, workplace readiness training, counseling on enrollment opportunities, and work-based learning experiences.

Funding is provided by New Jersey Department of Labor (NJDOL) and New Jersey Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (NJDVRS). Individual eligibility is determined by NJDVRS.
