Pathways to Employment

The Pathways to Employment youth service assists youth between the ages of 14 to 21. Participants receive work readiness training and guidance to help them develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to become productive members of society. The service is available to the following Cape May County referral sources: Probation, Family Court, Referee Court, CMO Court-Involved Youth, FSO Court-Involved Youth, and Intensive Supervision Program.
