Our Story
Founded in the early 1970s, Jersey Cape began as a grassroots effort to support employment training for individuals with disabilities in Cape May County. For over 50 years we have helped more than 5,000 people achieve their vocational goals.

We provide training, employment, & community opportunities for people with disabilities or facing life’s challenges. Through skill development, supportive programs, & local partnerships, we foster dignity, independence, & inclusion while strengthening our community.
